Order Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch timelines depend on product type, quantity, customization requirements, and production scheduling. Estimated production and dispatch timelines are shared at the time of quotation and confirmed upon order approval.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders using appropriate logistics partners based on destination, shipment size, and buyer preference. Shipping may be arranged through:

- Buyer-nominated forwarders (where requested)
Delivery Timelines

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment size, weight, packaging requirements, destination, and shipping method. Charges are confirmed during quotation or before dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Risk Transfer & Responsibility
Risk transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier or the buyer’s appointed logistics partner, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional costs arising from incorrect address details, re-routing, re-delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the buyer.
Shipment Inspection & Delivery Issues
Buyers should inspect shipments upon delivery. For any issues such as visible transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items, buyers must notify us within a reasonable period and provide supporting evidence.

Packaging Standards
Products are packed with export safety in mind, using appropriate internal protection and outer cartons based on shipment requirements, to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
