Business Scope
Craftwork India operates as a manufacturer and exporter of handcrafted clutch bags and related products. All information on this website is provided for business reference only and does not constitute a binding offer.
Product Nature
All products manufactured by us are handcrafted using natural and mixed materials. As a result, minor variations in color, texture, finish, size, or material appearance are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
Orders & Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after:
- Final product specifications are approved in writing
- Pricing, quantity, and timelines are mutually agreed
- Payment terms are confirmed
Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, timelines, or feasibility and are subject to approval.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted on a B2B basis and may vary depending on order quantity, customization, materials, and production requirements. Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis and must be fulfilled as per the confirmed agreement.
Customization & OEM Orders
Customized, OEM, and private-label orders are manufactured according to buyer-approved specifications. Once approved, such orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Sampling
Samples are provided for reference and approval purposes only. Approved samples serve as a benchmark; however, minor variations in bulk production may occur due to the handcrafted nature of products.
Production & Delivery Timelines
Production and delivery timelines provided are estimates based on current production capacity and order requirements. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including material availability, logistics disruptions, customs procedures, or force majeure events, shall not constitute a breach of contract.
Shipping & Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier or logistics partner, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Craftwork India is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit beyond reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All website content, images, designs, and product concepts displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Craftwork India. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Craftwork India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the confirmed order.
