The Bird of Paradise Floral Beaded Shoulder Bag features two multicolor bird-of-paradise-style flower motifs arranged across a solid black beaded ground. Orange, red and purple floral elements combine with sweeping green foliage, creating an asymmetrical botanical composition that extends from the flap onto the lower front panel. The reverse and shoulder strap use solid black beadwork, keeping the detailed floral treatment concentrated on the front.

Bird of Paradise Floral Motifs & Botanical Beadwork

The front composition is built around two bird-of-paradise-style flowers positioned at different scales. A larger flower occupies the upper-left area of the flap, where elongated orange and red petals are accented by purple and royal blue sections. Green leaves and stems extend diagonally from this upper motif toward the center and right side of the bag.

A second, smaller flower appears toward the lower-right area of the main front panel. It repeats the orange, red and purple color treatment of the larger motif and is connected visually through curved green foliage that continues across the flap edge. The arrangement therefore extends across both sections of the front rather than treating the flap and lower panel as separate decorative areas.

The composition remains asymmetrical, with the larger concentration of floral detail positioned at the upper left and the smaller flower occupying the lower right. Individual bead rows follow the elongated petal shapes and curved leaf forms, while the surrounding black ground uses dense directional beadwork to fill the spaces between the botanical elements.

The black background remains visible throughout the front composition, separating the orange, red, purple and green motifs and providing a consistent ground around the floral artwork. The reverse changes to solid black beadwork without a central motif. Optional beaded personalization and custom back designs are available. Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available as an optional feature.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available on request. The interior is lined in satin and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades can be specified. An optional exterior back pocket with magnetic closure is also available.

The interior pocket uses a standard metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

A wide fixed beaded shoulder strap is standard. A detachable version using D-rings and swivel snap hooks is available on request. Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard; under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.
