The Tiger and Tropical Leaves Beaded Shoulder Bag is a jungle-inspired beaded shoulder bag featuring a partially concealed tiger within layered tropical foliage on a black ground. Rather than presenting the animal as an isolated portrait, the front composition integrates the tiger face into overlapping botanical forms that extend across both the flap and lower front panel.

Concealed Tiger Motif & Layered Tropical Leaf Beadwork

The front is organized around dense tropical foliage in multiple green tones. Broad split-leaf forms and elongated curved leaves overlap across the black beaded ground, creating a continuous botanical composition from the upper flap into the lower section of the bag. Lighter outlines and vein detailing define individual leaf forms, while peach-orange linear accents appear within selected botanical elements.

At the center, the tiger is partially obscured by the surrounding foliage. The eyes, nose, muzzle and striped forehead remain visible between the leaves, while the rest of the animal is concealed within the botanical composition. Orange, black and white beadwork defines the tiger features against the layered green foliage and black background.

The motif continues across the flap edge rather than being divided into separate upper and lower designs. Large leaves occupy different areas of the surface and overlap visually with the tiger, producing an asymmetrical composition with substantial variation in motif scale and placement.

The back retains the black ground and tropical theme but omits the tiger. Large green leaf motifs are distributed across the reverse surface, maintaining the botanical identity with a simpler composition. The detachable shoulder strap is black with coordinating beaded edging, matching the principal body color.

Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard. Under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.

The standard configuration is without piping, with piping available on request. Optional foam padding is available for improved shape retention and a more defined shape.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, and stronger magnets are available on request. The satin-lined interior contains a single main compartment and an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin lining weights and grades are available on request. An optional exterior back pocket with magnetic closure can also be specified.

The interior pocket uses a standard metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

A wide detachable beaded shoulder strap is supplied with D-rings and swivel snap hooks. Supported carry configurations are shoulder carry and handheld carry.

Care & Handmade Variation
