All products are manufactured based on approved designs, specifications, and samples. As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or material pattern may occur and are considered part of the natural craftsmanship, not defects. For bulk or OEM orders, pre-production samples can be provided for approval.
We work exclusively with B2B buyers, including wholesalers, importers, boutique stores, corporate buyers, and private-label brands. Retail or individual consumer orders are not supported through this website.
As a manufacturer, we support customization and OEM requirements, including design development, material selection, hardware customization, branding, logo placement, and private-label packaging, subject to minimum order quantities.
We ship both domestically and internationally for qualified B2B buyers. Shipments are executed under mutually agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). Delivery timelines depend on order volume, customization scope, and destination, and are confirmed at the time of quotation.
