Green Palm Tree Motifs on Aqua Blue & Orange Beadwork

The front is divided into two clearly defined color zones. The flap is worked on a bright aqua-blue beaded ground and carries palm trees in varied heights and positions. Tall trees rise from the lower flap edge, shorter palms appear between them, and partial fronds enter from the upper corners and top edge. The combination of complete and cropped motifs creates an irregular all-over composition rather than a fixed geometric repeat.

The lower front panel changes sharply to a saturated orange ground while continuing the same palm-tree theme. Several green palms are distributed across the width, with reddish-brown trunks extending upward from the lower edge. The contrast between the aqua-blue flap and orange lower panel forms one of the defining visual features of the design while the repeated palm imagery connects the two sections.

Each palm combines a slender reddish-brown trunk with radiating fronds in layered forest-green, olive-green and muted green tones with lighter reflective accents. Directional bead rows follow the individual frond shapes as they spread outward from compact central points, while the trunks use more linear vertical bead placement.

Dense beadwork fills the surrounding background. An aqua-blue beaded outline follows the flap edge and creates a clear horizontal division between the upper and lower panels. Coordinating orange edging follows the lower perimeter. Individual palms remain visually separate across the flap boundary rather than forming single motifs that continue directly from one panel to the other.

The back returns to an aqua-blue beaded ground without the contrasting orange color block. Three prominent green palm trees with reddish-brown trunks are positioned across the lower area, while partial palm foliage enters from the upper edge. Larger areas of uninterrupted aqua-blue beadwork remain visible between the motifs, creating a more open reverse composition than the front.

Full exterior beadwork, including beadwork beneath the flap, is standard. Under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted on request where buyers require an alternative production configuration.
