Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy applies strictly to B2B transactions, including wholesale, OEM, and private-label orders placed through Craftwork India. Consumer (B2C) sales are handled separately under a different brand and website.
Scope of Policy
All products manufactured by us are handcrafted and often produced on a made-to-order or customized basis. As such, returns and refunds are limited and governed by the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Cases for Claims
Refunds, replacements, or adjustments may be considered only in the following cases:
- Confirmed manufacturing defects that affect product usability
- Damage caused during transit, subject to verification
- Incorrect quantity supplied against the approved order
Claim Reporting
All claims must be reported within a reasonable period after delivery. Buyers are required to provide:
- Clear unboxing photographs or videos
- Images clearly showing the issue or defect
- Order reference details
Claims reported without proper evidence may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following:
- Customized, OEM, or private-label orders, except in case of confirmed manufacturing defects
- Approved samples or sampling orders
- Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or material inherent to handcrafted products
- Design preference changes after order approval
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery
Resolution Approach
In cases where a claim is approved after verification, resolution will be handled in an ethical and mutually reasonable manner. Depending on the situation, this may include:
- Replacement in a future shipment
- Credit note or order adjustment
- Other fair resolution agreed upon in writing
Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.
Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
As all products are handcrafted using natural and mixed materials, slight variations are a normal and acceptable characteristic of the manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects.
