Blue Rose & Foliage Beadwork Composition

The front is densely arranged with rose and foliage motifs distributed across nearly the entire surface. Large layered roses form the principal floral elements, accompanied by smaller blossoms and numerous pointed leaves that occupy the spaces between the main flowers. The roses vary in scale and placement, giving the composition an irregular, asymmetrical structure rather than a fixed symmetrical repeat.

Royal blue beadwork forms the dominant floral color, while navy blue outlines and accents introduce definition within selected petals, leaves and other botanical details. The rose petals are described through overlapping curved and concentric bead rows, creating visible layered sections within each flower. Smaller blossoms repeat the blue palette at reduced scale among the larger floral forms.

Branching stems extend vertically, diagonally and laterally across the front, connecting the individual roses, blossoms and pointed leaves into one continuous botanical arrangement. Several stems, leaves and flowers pass visually across the curved flap edge and continue onto the lower front panel. This continuity links the upper and lower areas while retaining the visible division created by the flap.

Directional bead rows follow the contours of the petals, stems and leaves, while dense ivory beadwork fills the remaining background. Only limited areas of open ivory ground remain between the botanical forms because the floral and foliage treatment covers most of the front surface.

The reverse changes to solid ivory beadwork without a botanical motif. Optional beaded personalization and custom back designs are available. The wide fixed shoulder strap continues the ivory ground but incorporates spaced blue rose, leaf and stem motifs along its length, carrying the botanical treatment beyond the main bag body.

Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available on request.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available as an optional specification. The interior is lined in satin and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades can be requested. An optional exterior back pocket with magnetic closure is also available.

The interior pocket uses a standard metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

A wide fixed beaded shoulder strap is standard, with a detachable configuration using D-rings and swivel snap hooks available on request. Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard; under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.
