The Leaf and Branch Beaded Shoulder Bag features an all-over botanical composition of slender branches and elongated leaves arranged across an ivory beaded ground. Antique gold and olive-toned foliage extends horizontally and diagonally across the flap and lower front panel, creating a continuous pattern of branching forms without relying on a rigid repeat.

Branching Leaf Motif & Botanical Beadwork

The front composition is organized around multiple slender stems that move across the surface in changing horizontal and diagonal directions. On the flap, several branches overlap and extend from left to right, carrying elongated leaves positioned in alternating pairs and smaller clusters. The antique gold and olive-toned foliage contrasts with the surrounding ivory ground, keeping the individual branches and leaf forms clearly defined.

Each leaf uses an outlined almond-shaped form filled with closely aligned bead rows. The stems are rendered through narrower linear beadwork, distinguishing their slender structure from the broader leaves. Changes in direction between branches prevent the botanical pattern from forming a regular grid, while intersections between stems add further variation across the surface.

The lower front panel continues the same leaf-and-branch vocabulary beneath the flap. Additional stems extend across the width in varied directions, allowing the botanical treatment to continue between the upper and lower sections rather than introducing a separate secondary pattern. Ivory beadwork fills the negative space around the foliage throughout the front.

The reverse is finished in solid ivory beadwork matching the front background color. Optional beaded personalization and custom back designs are available. The wide fixed shoulder strap is predominantly ivory and finished with narrow antique gold-toned bead edging along the outer perimeter. Optional beaded personalization is available for the strap.

Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available on request.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available as an optional specification. The interior is lined in satin and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades are available on request. An optional exterior back pocket with magnetic closure can also be specified.

The interior pocket uses a standard metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

A wide fixed beaded shoulder strap is standard. A detachable configuration using D-rings and swivel snap hooks is available on request. Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard; under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.

Care & Handmade Variation
