The Blue Striped Lemon Beaded Shoulder Bag is a handcrafted beaded handbag featuring repeated yellow lemon motifs with dark green foliage over alternating blue and turquoise-blue vertical stripes. Ivory accents appear within selected fruit forms, while yellow edging outlines the flap and exterior perimeter.

Craftwork India manufactures this design in India with individually hand-embroidered beadwork. The standard configuration includes a fully beaded exterior, coordinated lemon and striped treatments across the front, back and fixed shoulder strap, satin lining, a single main compartment and an interior zippered pocket. Lemon & Leaf Motifs with Striped Exterior Beadwork

The front flap combines multiple yellow lemons with dark green leaves across an alternating blue and turquoise-blue striped ground. The fruit motifs are distributed from left to right in an asymmetric arrangement rather than a regular repeat. Several lemons include curved ivory accent sections within the yellow forms, adding a secondary detail within the fruit motifs.

The lower front panel continues the same vertical striped background with additional yellow lemons and overlapping dark green foliage. The composition therefore extends across both front sections while the horizontal flap edge remains clearly defined. Yellow beaded edging follows the flap outline and continues around the outer perimeter.

The bead-row direction changes according to the individual design elements. Straight vertical rows establish the alternating blue and turquoise-blue stripes, while curved and concentric arrangements follow the rounded lemon forms. Directional rows define the leaves and their pointed shapes against the striped ground.

The back uses the same alternating vertical stripe treatment but with a more open motif arrangement. A single yellow lemon with dark green foliage is positioned toward the lower right, leaving the remainder of the blue and turquoise-blue ground largely uninterrupted.

The wide fixed shoulder strap repeats the longitudinal blue and turquoise-blue stripes and is finished with narrow yellow edging along both sides. The exterior is fully beaded as standard, including the area beneath the flap. Under-flap beadwork and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted on request to reduce cost.

Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available on request.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available as an optional specification. The interior is finished with satin lining and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades may also be specified.

The standard interior pocket uses a metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. An exterior back pocket with magnetic closure can also be specified.

A wide fixed beaded shoulder strap is standard. A detachable strap configuration using D-rings and swivel snap hooks is available on request. The specified carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

Care & Handmade Variation

Keep the bag away from dust and moisture and store it in a protective dust bag when not in use. Clean gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, rubbing, pulling or snagging the beadwork.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, slight variations in bead placement, pattern alignment, color and finish may occur. Actual production pieces may vary slightly from the images shown.
