The flap contains multiple cocktail glasses distributed from left to right across the black beaded ground. These include triangular martini-style silhouettes and a rounded stemmed glass, with the forms outlined predominantly in metallic gold and filled with ivory, pearl-toned and reflective detailing. Several of the glasses incorporate bright red cherry accents positioned inside or close to the rims.

Additional paired cherries appear independently between the drink motifs. Slender metallic-gold stems connect the red fruit forms, with small leaf details incorporated into selected arrangements. Their repeated placement introduces a consistent red accent across the otherwise black, ivory and gold composition.

Gold-and-ivory starbursts of varying sizes are scattered through the spaces between the glasses and cherries. Individual pearl-like spheres and smaller metallic-gold dots fill additional areas of the black ground without creating a fixed repeat. Curved strings of ivory and light-reflective circular accents also pass through selected parts of the flap, forming directional paths between the separate objects.

Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard; under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.
