Green Palm Tree Motifs on Black Beadwork

The front uses multiple palm trees arranged in a staggered all-over composition rather than a rigid repeat. Individual palms vary in height, spacing and placement across the flap and lower front panel. Some motifs approach or are partially cropped by the upper and side edges, while others remain fully visible across the central and lower areas.

Each palm is formed with a slender metallic bronze-gold trunk and radiating foliage in forest green, teal, mint green and muted aqua tones. The fronds spread outward from compact central points, with elongated directional bead rows following the individual leaf forms. Changes in color and bead orientation distinguish the foliage from the straighter vertical treatment of the trunks.

The flap and lower front panel carry separate palm motifs rather than one large image continuing directly across the flap boundary. A narrow black beaded outline follows the flap edge, maintaining a visible division between the two sections while preserving the same tropical design vocabulary throughout the front.

Dense black beadwork fills the spaces between the palm trees and follows the rounded contours of the bag. The dark ground creates a strong contrast with the green, teal, aqua and bronze-gold motif colors, allowing the individual fronds and trunks to remain clearly defined.

The back is fully covered in solid black beadwork without palm-tree motifs, matching the principal background color of the front. The wide fixed shoulder strap is also covered in solid black beadwork across its exterior surface, while the inner face is plain black.

Full exterior beadwork, including beadwork beneath the flap, is standard. Under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted on request to reduce cost.

Construction, Interior & Functionality

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available on request.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available on request. The interior is finished with satin lining and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades may also be specified.

The standard interior pocket uses a metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. An exterior back pocket with magnetic closure may also be specified.

A wide fixed shoulder strap is standard. A detachable configuration using D-rings and swivel snap hooks is available on request. Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

Care & Handmade Variation
