Scallop Shell Motifs & Blush-Champagne Beadwork

The front uses multiple scallop-shell motifs distributed across both the flap and lower panel in a loosely staggered arrangement. Rather than following a rigid geometric repeat, the fan-shaped forms appear at varying positions across the pale blush-champagne ground, with visible background areas remaining between individual shells.

Each scallop motif is structured around radiating bead lines that extend outward from a dark rounded base. These lines shift from relatively vertical placement near the base into curved fan-like paths as they spread toward the upper shell edge, defining the ribbed structure of each form. Champagne, muted gold and bronze tones fill the shell interiors, while dark brown-to-black beadwork emphasizes the bases. Fine darker outlines further distinguish the shell shapes from the surrounding ground.

Several shell motifs are positioned close to the lower edge of the flap, allowing the pattern to continue visually into the lower front panel. No single shell is specified as crossing the flap boundary; the upper and lower sections instead carry separate motifs that maintain the same scallop-shell vocabulary across the complete front.

The surrounding blush-champagne ground is densely covered with pale peach and champagne bead rows. Curved and swirling directional arrangements fill the spaces between the shells, contrasting with the radiating row structure used within the fan-shaped motifs.

The back uses a more open version of the same design language. A prominent scallop-shell motif is centered in the lower half against the pale blush-champagne ground, accompanied by smaller partial shell detailing near the upper edge. The wide fixed shoulder strap uses coordinating pale blush-champagne beadwork finished with narrow warm gold-toned edging.

The bag has a rectangular shape with rounded bottom corners and semi-structured construction. Cotton fabric with beadwork forms the standard exterior, while alternative fabrics and bead grades are available on request. Optional foam padding can be specified for improved shape retention and a more defined shape. Piping is also available on request.

The flap closes with dual magnetic snaps, with stronger magnets available on request. The interior is lined in satin and contains a single main compartment with an interior zippered pocket. Alternative satin weights and grades are available on request. An optional exterior back pocket with magnetic closure can also be specified.

The interior pocket uses a standard metal zipper. Brass zippers, alternative zipper grades and upgraded zipper pulls are available on request. The bag is designed to accommodate a smartphone and standard evening essentials, subject to individual item size.

A wide fixed beaded shoulder strap is standard. A detachable configuration using D-rings and swivel snap hooks is available on request. Supported carry options are shoulder carry and hand carry using the strap. Full exterior beadwork, including under-flap beadwork, is standard; under-flap and/or back-panel beadwork may be omitted to reduce cost.
